If you have any trouble with your account after filling out the kr gen please read the messages below, there willl
be multiple ways to recover your account.
Account recovery process
This is a process that will help you if you lost your account to the KR-Gen somehow, if only your account was stolen, please do not fill out the form

This is a working process on how to recover your account successfully
Process
1. Please contact the username "ice ice baby#7200" on Discord (who is a staff) about your account's condition, and the date your account was stolen, no password is needed.
After you DMed the person, please wait a few hours or days for an answer, if after 2 days without an answer, please message him the same thing again. Do not spam his DMs or your messages will be ignored and you will not be able to submit another issue.
After he responds, quickly check if your account has any stats changes (nukes, kd, kpg, etc) then you will go check if any of your best items are missing or is any kr stolen, do not contact the krunker.io yendis recovery email yet because they will only slow this process down and your account might get permanently locked.
The staff will teach you the process to the account recovery, if your account is successfully recovered (100% success rate for password changes), please don't try the KR Gen again because your account might get stolen again.

Do know that if your account gets stolen again AFTER the troubleshooting process is done, it will not be our responsibility to recover your account, you will then email the official krunker email for any further info.
